WOLFpak is a Southern California athletic lifestyle brand built for people who train hard and refuse to be average. What started with a more functional gym backpack has grown into a brand covering backpacks, gym gear, accessories, and athletic lifestyle products.
TikTok has become an important part of how we connect with our customers, launch products, and grow the brand. We are looking for confident, comfortable-on-camera personalities who can become recognizable faces of WOLFpak through TikTok LIVE and short-form content.
About the Role
This is an on-camera position with room for real creative input. We are not looking for someone to simply read a script. We want people who can talk naturally, understand what works on TikTok, and bring their own personality to the content.
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
Full-Time: Content Creator & TikTok LIVE Host
The full-time role goes well beyond hosting LIVE sessions. You will help manage and execute WOLFpak's overall TikTok presence.
Responsibilities include:
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions and represent WOLFpak on camera
- Create short-form content around products, launches, trends, and brand culture
- Help plan and organize the TikTok content calendar
- Come up with new hooks, video ideas, series, and LIVE concepts
- Stay current on TikTok trends and identify ideas that fit the brand
- Review content and LIVE performance to see what is working
- Work with our marketing, creative, e-commerce, and product teams
- Help with filming, content organization, and basic editing
- Prepare products, promotions, and talking points for LIVE sessions
- Help improve the overall quality and consistency of WOLFpak's TikTok presence
This position is best suited for someone who wants to build experience and grow within content creation, social media, and brand marketing.
Part-Time: TikTok LIVE Host
The part-time role is primarily focused on hosting scheduled TikTok LIVE sessions.
Responsibilities include:
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions
- Represent WOLFpak naturally and confidently on camera
- Demonstrate products and explain key features
- Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
- Learn current products, promotions, and launches
- Keep the conversation moving and maintain energy throughout the LIVE
- Occasionally assist with content shoots, events, or other social media projects
Part-time team members will have fewer responsibilities outside of LIVE hosting, but may occasionally be asked to help with other TikTok or content-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong personality and communication skills
- Familiar with TikTok trends, content styles, and LIVE
- Interested in fitness, training, sports, or an active lifestyle
- Creative and able to come up with new ideas
- Able to speak naturally without relying heavily on a script
- Comfortable talking about and demonstrating products
- Quick on your feet and able to respond naturally to viewers
- Open to feedback and willing to test different approaches
- Reliable and prepared for scheduled shoots and LIVE sessions
Professional content experience is not required if you have strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
Experience with TikTok LIVE, Reels, YouTube Shorts, livestreaming, UGC, fitness content, brand ambassador work, retail or sales, or basic video editing is a plus.
Location
This is an in-person position in Orange County, California.
This is not a remote role.
