Role Description
This is a freelance contract remote role for a Spanish Content Writer and Video Influencer/Creator. The individual will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content in Spanish for various platforms and channels, including video content for social media. The role involves conducting research, writing and editing content following AP guidelines, and ensuring it meets the brand's guidelines and tone of voice. Additionally, the role requires the ability to create and present content on camera, engaging with our audience through dynamic and informative social media videos.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Passion for politics and current affairs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in creating content for digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, and social media
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and audience engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of the cultural nuances and trends in the Spanish-speaking market
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging social media videos
- Proven experience as a video influencer or creator, particularly on social media platforms
