Content Strategist
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design
- Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences
- Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence
- UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing
- Good to have background or strong interest in banking or financial operations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels
- Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work in hyper manual systems
- Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice
- Simplify the customer experience through succinct and thoughtful microcopy
- Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides
- Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs

Salary Range: $90000 - 110000 a year
