Freelance Social Strategist, Dr Pepper
Dr Pepper has a fandom, not just followers on social media and we’re looking for a freelance social strategist who can understand what makes that community tick to help the brand take part in culture in a way that feels natural, timely, and unmistakably Dr Pepper.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move easily between culture, creative collaboration, and opportunistic social moments.
What You'll Be Doing

Stay close to how people are using social, including new formats, behaviors, and opportunities across both everyday organic and paid social

Use tools like Sprinklr and YouScan to understand what people are saying about Dr Pepper, the category, and the culture at large to inform new opportunities or jumping off points for creative teams

Pay close attention to Dr Pepper fans! Their language, jokes, rituals, opinions, and expectations and use that knowledge to guide how the brand behaves in creative.

Spot conversations and cultural moments Dr Pepper could join without feeling late, forced, or out of place.

Help shape paid social briefs that inspire paid social ideas based on audience, messaging, placement, and campaign approach.

Work closely with creative teams, offering placement-specific feedback and helping ideas stay true to the original intent as they come to life.

Collaborate with the broader Keurig Dr Pepper social team to assist with campaigns on Snapple & Canada Dry.
