Amazon Marketing Specialist
Freelance / Remote Contractor (On-Going)
The Role:
Milk Street is searching for a freelance Amazon Marketing/Advertising Specialist to join our team as a remote contractor (ongoing engagement). The ideal candidate is fluent with Amazon Seller Central and with PPC best practices, is a self-starter, capable of operating autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment; collaborating with personnel from both our marketing and e-commerce teams.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing sponsored PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon––including sponsored products, brands, display, and video campaigns––for our small but growing slate of products on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination, deployment, and full management of Amazon PPC strategies and execution.
- Building, deploying, and optimizing PPC campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brand, sponsored display, and video campaigns for multiple products.
- Establishing targets and KPIs to meet revenue and growth goals on Amazon.
- Preparing PPC advertising campaigns, including coordinating assets, schedules, and timelines.
- Maintaining and optimizing product pages/listings, product imagery, copy/keywords, A+ content, etc.
- Measure and track KPIs regularly (daily), making actionable recommendations and optimization suggestions.
- Presenting/reporting on Amazon performance results on weekly status calls with executives & stakeholders.
- Receiving and responding to regular feedback, implementing changes quickly and effectively.
- Offer guidance, recommendations, and help lead coordination of FBA inventory, as needed.
- Being regularly available via email & Slack.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns; at least 1-2 years of experience on Amazon.
- 3-5 years of hands-on ecommerce and performance marketing experience, familiarity with online shopping trends and best practices.
- Extensive experience in product display page optimization & merchandising on Amazon, including image and keyword optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to make data-based decisions and recommendations.
- Experience w/ 3rd party Amazon tools; Helium10, etc.
- Excellent writing and language skills.
- Ability to work independently while following management strategy and direction.
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple requests and shifting priorities.
- Ability to establish account-specific plans, and achieve/exceed goals

Pay: $43,706.77 - $52,636.11 per year
