This role is with the Culture, Experience & Belonging (CEB) Team. The Communications Contractor will support communications and marketing efforts by translating business priorities into clear narratives, executive-ready content, campaigns, and engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can build brand visibility through high-impact initiatives and bring structure, momentum, and cross-functional alignment to a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support communications strategies for CEB priorities, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop executive-ready narratives and storytelling materials that elevate CEB’s impact.
- Support high-visibility campaigns, major moments, events, and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Executive Communications, PR, Social, and Risk/Crisis teams to deliver coordinated communications and marketing.
- Develop toolkits, presentations, newsletters, speaking materials, and other content that bring key CEB themes to life.
- Manage priorities, coordinate contributors, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through across critical workstreams.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across a professional services firm or highly matrixed organization.
Key Qualifications
- Must have experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or another highly matrixed organization.
- Strong written, verbal, and strategic storytelling skills.
- Experience developing communications or marketing content.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $70 - $85 hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
