Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy TikTok Shop Creator Manager to become the foundational owner of WHYTE's TikTok Shop creator program. This role is for someone who understands that successful creator programs are built through relationships, community, and consistent execution — not just sending outreach messages.
You'll own creator recruitment, creator relationships, TikTok Live operations, campaigns, and community growth while helping build one of WHYTE's most important growth channels.
You'll work directly with leadership to recruit high-performing creators, launch creative campaigns, and create an ecosystem where creators are genuinely excited to work with WHYTE. This is an opportunity to have significant ownership and grow with the company as this channel scales.

What You'll Own
Creator Recruitment & Partnerships
- Recruit, onboard, and activate TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
- Build and manage a pipeline of creators who can drive revenue.
- Develop relationships that turn creators into long-term brand partners.
TikTok Live & Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage WHYTE's TikTok Live Studio.
- Recruit and coordinate experienced live creators.
- Manage livestream logistics, technology, scheduling, and execution.
- Build creative campaigns, challenges, and incentives that excite creators.
Creator Community & Growth
- Own our creator Discord community and keep creators engaged.
- Create a strong creator experience through consistent communication and support.
- Track performance, identify opportunities, and improve creator strategies over time.
What Success Looks Like
You'll be successful in this role by:
- Building a consistent creator recruitment engine.
- Activating creators who generate measurable TikTok Shop revenue.
- Establishing WHYTE's TikTok Live operations.
- Creating repeatable systems for outreach, onboarding, and campaigns.
- Building a creator community that is excited to grow with WHYTE.
Long-term, you'll become the owner and leader of WHYTE's TikTok Shop creator growth engine.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, influencers, or creator communities.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and the creator ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting and activating creators.
- Experience with TikTok Live Studio or livestream operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable moving quickly, solving problems, and taking ownership.
- A naturally energetic person who enjoys motivating others.
- Passion for ecommerce, creators, and social commerce.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DTC/ecommerce brands.
- Experience managing affiliate programs.
- Experience building Discord or online communities.
- Experience coordinating creator gifting and campaigns.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop analytics and reporting.
