vider.
Duration: ASAP to start, to run through the end of the year, with a formal re-evaluation at that time and the potential for ext
ension.Daily Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week, no OT antic
ipated.Location: HQ is in Mountlake Terrace, WA, open to full remote for the right can
didate.Onboarding requirements: Client requires a background check before
start.
Responsibi
- lities: Develop, write, edit, and finalize a wide range of communications, including letters, memos, website content, newsletter articles, emails, presentations, Q&As, FAQs, and other materials for both internal and external audiences. May create or assist in developing press releases, multimedia content, executive biographies, social media content, and speaking proposals. Review, copyedit, proofread, and revise communications prior to distribution to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropri
- ateness.Develop and maintain content related to client business objectives and performance, key initiatives, history and facts, and people-related news for use in both internal and external communi
- cations.Determine the most effective ways to apply consistent themes and messaging across communications. Distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content that is easy for audiences to und
- erstand.Manage communication timelines and deliverables. Assist leaders in developing and executing effective communication plans and schedules that align with project obj
- ectives.Apply creative and technical skills to develop and produce communication content that is engaging and supports communication goals. May collaborate with creative, video, and web design professionals to develop communication ma
- terials.Conduct research on media coverage and industry
- trends.Partner closely with teams and leaders to stay informed about client priorities, initiatives, and organizational devel
- opments.Support additional team projects and communication initiatives as
needed.

- -holding.Familiarity with AI tools and AI agents is a plus, as the team continues to explore and adopt emerging tech
- nologies.During the first few months, the primary focus will be on learning client's communication processes and supporting recurring communications, such as newsletters and other regularly scheduled content, before taking on broader responsi
bilities.
