Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to design branded graphics and visual content for multiple social media clients and campaigns, while also contributing to broader content creation efforts, including on-site photography and short-form video. You will work closely with the Director of Social Operations and account teams to keep client content visually consistent and on-brand. Core Responsibilities

- Designs branded social media graphics for multiple clients, including feed posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels.
- Builds and maintains reusable design templates for recurring content types, such as promotions, incentives, event announcements, and menu features.
- Designs supporting marketing collateral, including flyers, digital ads, email graphics, and print materials for client campaigns.
- Ensures every design reflects each client's brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Contributes to content creation as needed, including on-site photography, short form video filming, and basic editing.
- Develops and executes design concepts from ideation through final delivery, aligning with client objectives and increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborates with Social Media Managers to translate content plans into finished visual assets.
- Manages multiple client design requests and deadlines simultaneously, working within Asana and Rella for task tracking and content scheduling.
- Analyzes design and content performance trends to inform future creative decisions.
- Works under general supervision of the Director of Social Operations while coordinating design projects for clients.
- Independently manages special design projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.
- Associate degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience designing for social media or marketing campaigns with a portfolio to show.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site shoots or in-person client meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva; familiarity with CapCut is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and brand application.
- Comfort with photography, videography, or basic video editing, even if design is your primary strength.
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and how design translates across each.
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must work well in a team-oriented environment and in collaborating on assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set a positive example for others by consistently displaying servant leadership behaviors in daily actions and decisions.
