Position Summary
Creates and manages content that supports enrollment, student engagement, alumni relations, and institutional marketing and communication goals across web, social, email, and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop written, visual, and digital content for institutional audiences.
- Write and edit content highlighting students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
- Manage assigned social media channels and content calendars.
- Create short-form video and digital content for recruitment and engagement.
- Develop content for the website aligned with the College’s marketing strategy.
- Support SEO, AEO and GEO content optimization efforts.
- Conduct content audits and recommend website improvements.
- Develop content for email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with campus partners to identify and produce compelling communications.
- Assist with event support, photography, and asset collection as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Relevant internship, student media, freelance, or professional experience in content creation, communications, marketing, or social media.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Social media management experience.
- Short form video production skills.
- Knowledge of digital content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
