Ministry Innovation & Digital Marketing Systems Intern
Rising Calm Center | Jacksonville, FL
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week | One year commitment
Hybrid: Two to three days per week in our Jacksonville office
Rising Calm Center is a growing Christian counseling, coaching, and leadership organization helping people navigate anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and emotional pain.
We are seeking a motivated intern to help grow the Rising Calm Pathway™, our Christ-centered framework for helping people move from fear and survival patterns toward greater peace, healing, and purpose.
Primary Focus
Your main goal will be to help create a clear and effective journey through which people:
- Discover the Rising Calm Pathway
- Register for workshops and webinars
- Attend and receive meaningful value
- Purchase books or workbooks
- Begin counseling, coaching, or group programs
- Connect Rising Calm with their church or organization
What You Will Help With
- Promoting workshops, webinars, books, and counseling services
- Building registration pages, email campaigns, and follow-up systems
- Using our CRM (GoHighLevel) to organize leads and automate communication
- Creating social media, email, website, and promotional content
- Tracking registrations, attendance, engagement, and results
- Reaching out to churches and community organizations
- Organizing Pathway worksheets and teachings into professional workbook and training materials
This role may be an excellent fit if you are naturally comfortable with technology, enjoy learning new systems, and can quickly turn training into action. We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, organized, and willing to experiment, troubleshoot, and improve processes.
Experience with marketing: websites (Wix), social media, email marketing, AI tools, CRM systems, analytics, or digital content is important, but not required.
Training and Mentorship
You will receive:
- Weekly mentorship with Rising Calm Center’s founder and director
- Primary training and project support from our intake coordinator
- Collaboration with our digital marketing and website specialist

- Hands-on portfolio projects
- A recommendation letter following successful completion
