Brief Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
PACE is looking to connect with freelance Creative Directors (Art) who can lead the development of video-first campaign ideas, social video and visual concepts, and client-ready creative presentations.
This is a contract position and an active LLC is required.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn a strategic brief into strong concepts for content, campaigns, and integrated programs across video, motion, social, and digital channels. The right person can brainstorm campaign and social approaches, build pitch decks, create storyboards, shape scripts, present the work, and stay close to production and post so the final product delivers on the original idea.
This is not a “big-picture only” creative role. We’re looking for experienced idea generators and video-first thinkers who can dream up big ideas based on strategic insights and client needs, and then develop the presentations that sell them in. Some projects may also expand into a broader freelance creative leadership role, helping to produce and deliver final products.
