Role Description
DM Creative House is hiring a full-time Account Coordinator to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is for someone who can confidently manage client accounts, create thoughtful content, and lead strategic campaigns with polish and purpose. We’re looking for someone who’s skilled, sharp, and passionate about building brands through compelling content and digital strategy.
This position starts part-time for the first two* weeks during training, and will move into a full-time role as you become acclimated with our systems, clients, and workflow. This proven system has worked great for our company and employees!

Responsibilities
- Plan, capture, create, and manage the execution of digital and social posts across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients; you will be the main point of contact for all communication
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars for each client, planning strategically to cover content pillars/buckets, align with campaigns, and ensure every post serves a clear purpose.
- Create complete social campaigns from start to finish, including feed posts, Instagram Stories, and supporting content, that are visually cohesive and on-brand.
- Write polished, on-brand copy that reflects the tone of each client
- Capture and edit content during client shoots (photo and short-form video)
- Design graphics and Instagram/FB stories that support social content
- Track performance and analytics: report on growth, engagement, conversions, and opportunities to guide and optimize ongoing strategy.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and content plans
- Create content that is aligned with brand goals and designed for growth
- Manage outbound and inbound engagement for multiple clients, understanding exactly who to connect and how to build and nurture a community while seamlessly switching between brand voices.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with social media content creation, curation and account management
- Proven success managing digital marketing and social campaigns with measurable results
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across clients
- Strong working knowledge of all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X
- Professional demeanor with confidence in client-facing settings (calls, meetings, and shoots)
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, creative thinking, and a team player
- Stay adaptable and thrive in a fast-moving environment, quickly learning and adjusting strategies as needed.
