Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Professional based in Delhi, OH. The role involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platforms, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating campaigns from brief to execution. Daily responsibilities include developing influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, negotiating deliverables and timelines, and overseeing content creation to ensure brand and compliance alignment. The professional will track campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and collaborate closely with PR, digital, and account teams to integrate influencer activity into broader communication plans. The role also requires staying current with platform trends, emerging creators, and best practices in influencer and social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, evaluating, and managing creators across social platforms.
- Strong skills in campaign planning and execution, with the ability to align influencer activity to PR and brand objectives.
- Proficiency in social media and digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief influencers clearly and review content for brand consistency.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations based on insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a PR agency, digital agency, or brand-side marketing team is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Indian media and influencer ecosystem, and interest in emerging trends in social and creator economy.
