Role Overview
Soft Petalz is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven TikTok Shop Manager & LIVE Host to help expand our online presence and accelerate our digital sales.
The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, understands TikTok and social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and knows how to turn viewers into loyal customers. We're looking for someone who thrives on camera, enjoys interacting with people, and is excited to help grow a fast-moving brand.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career with a growing company and contribute fresh ideas that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our TikTok Shop.
- Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions.
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and sales across social media.
- Recruit and build relationships with TikTok affiliates and creators.
- Stay current on TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Help optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other social media platforms for growth.
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Occasionally support Soft Petalz at trade shows and events throughout Connecticut and other locations, creating live content and showcasing our brand.
