The e-Commerce Copy Coordinator is responsible for creating accurate, engaging, and sales-driven product copy by transforming basic product information into compelling customer-facing content. This position manages a high volume of daily copy assignments while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Working closely with the Copy Leadership team, the Coordinator inputs and maintains product information within the company's content management system. This role is based at the eCommerce Photo Studio in Dayton, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage a high volume of daily product copy assignments while working under the guidance of Product Copywriters and the Copy Supervisor.
- Translate product details into clear, informative, and customer-focused copy that highlights key features and benefits.
- Follow established copywriting guidelines and standards to ensure all required product information is accurately entered into the content management system.
- Review associated product images to verify accuracy and compliance with company style guides and merchandising standards.
- Identify and communicate product data, imagery, or content issues, collaborating with the copy team to resolve discrepancies.
- Research products and industry trends to ensure content remains current, relevant, and informative.
- Partner with the Copy Supervisor on daily priorities, task assignments, and content approvals.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
