We need someone to gather the world before it arrives.
If you write about the world and its cultures — or have been wanting to. If you make videos that cross borders — or have been meaning to. If you build communities around the peoples and places that make us who we are — or if you're ready to begin.
There is something being built right now that was made for your voice.
We are looking for Cultural Envoys.
Lehr is building a community and an audience for its global community brand —
The Table of Cultures.
Being a Cultural Envoy means having the soul and spirit to build a community around a feeling, around ideas that people aspire to experience. The role steps away from the traditional model by giving creative freedom, your authentic voice, ownership, and your identity with the brand.
You will build and lead a presence under The Table of Cultures, the platform behind an international culture conference and subsequent international culture exhibition envisioned to take place in Pakistan in December 2026 and Q3/Q4 2027 respectively.
Your thought pieces, your videos, your content — in service of something larger than yourself.
If you've ever built an audience from nothing, or made people care about something before they fully understood why — and you want that skill to matter at a civilizational scale — we want to hear from you.
This position is open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
We are beginning this search in the Greater Minneapolis–Saint Paul Area — one of the most culturally rich and globally rooted communities in the United States — because the spirit of what we are building already lives among its people. If this speaks to you, wherever you are, the invitation is yours.
The Role
Public Facing Title: Cultural Envoy
Internal Role: Community Builder
The Cultural Envoy builds and converts an audience under The Table of Cultures brand, ahead of the International Cultural Ambassador Conference this December 2026. You are not a content farm. You are a voice — someone who thinks, imagines, and creatively expresses it in a way that resonates with people around the world because what you make feels real.
You will create thought pieces, video, and other original work that carries the brand into the world and convert that attention into registered applicants for the conference — real people who participate to compete for one of seventy-five Cultural Ambassador positions leading up to the International Culture Exhibition in 2027.
There is flexibility on platform, and audience, and your name supported under this brand. Your work is visible. Your results are rewarded.
The role starts as a results driven contract with a clear path for career and growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Build an engaged following under The Table of Cultures, in your own voice and format — written, video, or otherwise.
- Convert that following into qualified, paying registrations for the Conference (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, December 2026).
- Represent the brand with conviction. No scripts, no copy-paste captions.
- Operate independently, with brand assets and narrative direction provided.
What We're Looking For
- You've built an audience from nothing before, on any platform, in any niche. Or even if you have not, but feel like this is your calling, and the timing feels right.
- You know the difference between content that performs and content that converts.
- You're drawn to competition, not intimidated by it. You want to be measured, and you want to win.
- You can hold a brand's voice without losing your own.
- You don't need to be told what to make. You need a brief, a target, and freedom.
Compensation Structure
This is a fully remote, contractor role — you can be anywhere in the world. There's no fixed salary; your reward scales directly with what you bring in, with milestone bonuses and an all-expenses invitation to Karachi for top performers, to witness the Conference they helped fill the room for. Full structure shared at offer stage.

The Process:
- Screening Round,
- Capability Review
- A Short-Recorded Pitch (why you, why this)
- Offer
- Onboarding
During the Capability Review, you'll be asked to:
Share your existing platform(s) and one piece of original work — a post, a video, a thread — showing how you'd introduce The Table of Cultures to your audience for the first time. We're not looking for polish. We're looking for a voice that already pulls people in.
