We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer that will support the design and execution of Apex’s creative deliverables, helping ensure work is class-leading and visually compelling across all client programs.
You’re a great candidate if this sounds like you …
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with print production and creation of production-ready file.
- Ability to apply existing visual systems consistently across multiple deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint
- Energized by executing and refining creative ideas across projects
- Stay current on the latest design trends and technology influencing visual communications
- 1+ years of design experience in an agency or production-focused environment
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do...
- Develop and execute design concepts from creative briefs through production
- Create campaign assets, presentations, and visual deliverables across multiple client programs
- Support the development and application of program themes and visual identities
- Build client presentations and presentation materials as needed
- Work closely with strategists, writers, producers, and other creative team members
- Deliver clean, accurate, production-ready files that align with brand standards and timelines
Bonus Experience (not required)
- Skills in web design and digital platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint
- Experience working on automotive projects

- Our office is in Irvine, CA. We have a hybrid schedule with three days a week in the office.
