Bethesda, MD – Seeking Social Media Coordinator
Join our team as a Social Media Coordinator at MOOV Health & Wellness, where we are focused on outpacing aging through a physician-guided, personalized approach to wellness. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and growing MOOV social media presence across various platforms. The Opportunity
- Create content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually enhance campaign strategies.
- Contribute to marketing campaign measurement, reporting, and analysis.
- Support team members in various tasks related to digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and local MOOV team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members and stakeholders to support the development of marketing materials such as collateral and campaign assets.
Required Experience And Competencies
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business required.
- Experience with paid social media advertising required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Mega Business Suite) preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their analytic tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content.
