Responsibility Summary
- Create high-quality visual designs, digital prototypes, and design collateral (digital & print) to support user-centric experiences, business objectives, and brand standards.
- Develop and present data visualizations, concept designs, illustrations, infographics, and analog/digital experience journey visuals.
- Advocate for human-centered design principles, integrating research insights into design work.
- Collaborate with researchers, analysts, business leaders, and technology teams to align design work with strategic goals.
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to senior leaders through clear, compelling visual storytelling.

Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive design experience.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Strong UI/UX and print design skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, visually engaging designs.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating across teams and presenting to senior leadership.
