Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy technical Production Manager to lead the development, launch, and scaling of our for-profit online academy. The content is already created; your primary mission is to manage remote contractors to cut, paste, and format this material into interactive presentation modules, integrate our software stack, and execute a strategic national then international rollout.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with daily output schedules, bridges the gap between project management and EdTech systems administration, ensuring a flawless user experience from the primary marketing website down to the individual course screen.
Core Responsibilities
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage remote freelance teams (designers, QA testers, content uploaders) to convert static content into interactive assets.
- Course Assembly & Quality Assurance: Oversee the migration of existing content into iSpring Suite templates inside PowerPoint. Ensure interactive triggers, quizzes, and SCORM/HTML5 exports function perfectly before uploading to LearnWorlds.
- Systems Integration: Seamlessly connect and maintain our core technical ecosystem: iSpring Suite Max, LearnWorlds LMS, and our primary Wix e-commerce website via subdomains, widgets, or Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Phased Rollout Execution:
- Phase 1 (National): Establish the US launch infrastructure, including domestic payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal), state tax configurations, and primary marketing funnels.
- Phase 2 (International): Scale the infrastructure globally by configuring multi-currency checkouts, localization settings, international tax compliances, and global data privacy standards (GDPR).
- Performance Tracking: Establish, track, and optimize key performance metrics including contractor velocity, platform uptime, course completion rates, checkout conversion percentages, and student drop-off points.
- Asset Creation: Utilize Canva to design and standardize visual assets for the iSpring PowerPoint decks and LearnWorlds student dashboard, ensuring a highly polished, premium visual experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management Mastery: 3+ years managing software, EdTech, or digital product launches. Expert proficiency with modern PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello).
- Expert Office Suite Skills: Advanced command of both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems for data tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Platform Specific Expertise: Direct hands-on experience utilizing iSpring Suite, LearnWorlds, and Wix (Web Design & E-commerce environments).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Expert understanding of key performance metrics, web analytics, and financial reporting for digital e-commerce products.
- Global E-commerce Knowledge: Prior experience managing the technical scaling of a digital product from a domestic footprint to a global audience.
- · Visual Formatting & Canva Dexterity: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Canva. Ability to quickly build custom course thumbnails, slide templates, interactive graphics, and e-commerce marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
