About the Role
Wingert Land Services is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to help create and manage the visual materials that support our brand, property marketing, and client-facing communication.
We are looking for a highly creative, ambitious, and forward-thinking designer who wants to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact in our growing company.
This role will work across print and digital, including social media, website, email, newsletter, property marketing, and internal design needs. The right person will be able to take detailed information and turn it into clear, organized, professional materials that support our agents, serve our clients, and strengthen the Wingert brand.
What You’ll Do
- Design materials for farmland, recreational land, rural property, and rural estates.
- Create listing brochures, auction brochures, property flyers, postcards, signs, newspaper ads, social graphics, email graphics, website assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Work with property information such as aerial maps, soil data, parcel layouts, photos, auction terms, listing details, and location-based graphics.
- Support the design of the Wingert Farmland Report newsletter, educational content, recruiting materials, and general print & digital marketing.
- Create infographics, visual summaries, and data-based graphics that make information easier to understand.
- Prepare files for print, digital publishing, email, social media, website use, and vendor production.
- Assist with website updates, content layout, and digital design implementation.
- Maintain brand consistency across Wingert Land Services materials.
- Collaborate regularly with agents, operations, marketing & leadership.
- Manage multiple projects while communicating progress, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Receive feedback from our team and revise designs efficiently while maintaining quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio showing print and digital design work.
- 2+ years of professional, internship, or freelance design experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, color, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, along with experience in Canva.
- Experience with templates, style sheets, master pages, file organization, and workflow efficiencies.
- Experience creating print-ready files, managing basic prepress requirements, and preparing polished digital assets.
- Ability to take detailed information and make it clear, organized, and visually effective.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and adjust as needs change.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Additional Experience That May Be Helpful
- Experience making website updates in WordPress, including content changes, page layout adjustments, or basic HTML/CSS edits.
- Understanding of email marketing design for platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Experience with photo retouching, image optimization, and SEO-friendly web graphics.
- Experience working with maps, aerial imagery, GIS screenshots, or location-based graphics.
- Background or interest in agriculture, real estate, land, professional services, or rural communities.
