Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Med 44 Arcadia is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand presence, engage our community, and support the continued growth of our luxury aesthetic practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, aesthetics, skincare, and marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and manage daily Instagram stories with our Marketing Manager
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and posting across social media platforms
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during treatments, events, and daily clinic operations
- Create engaging reels, graphics, and educational content
- Monitor messages, comments, and online engagement
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Content Creation
- Coordinate and capture before-and-after photos and treatment videos
- Create content highlighting treatments, skincare products, patient results, and clinic culture
- Assist providers with educational and promotional content
- Maintain organized photo and video libraries
- Help update the website after quarterly photoshoots
- Support content creation for email marketing campaigns and website updates
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Assist with planning and executing monthly promotions and marketing campaigns
- Upload branded content to Google Business, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram. Linkedin and other marketing platforms
- Weekly Linkedin and Blog Posts
- Support community partnerships, collaborations, and brand outreach opportunities
- Assist with patient reviews and reputation management
- Help identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
Event & Community Engagement
- Assist with planning and executing in-office events and promotions
- Coordinate event marketing materials and social media coverage
- Support local business partnerships and community outreach initiatives
- Attend select events to capture content and support brand presence
Administrative Support
- Track marketing initiatives and campaign performance with marketing metrics
- Assist with marketing calendars and project coordination with Marketing Manager
- Maintain organization of marketing assets and brand materials
- Support leadership with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Business
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Plann, or similar content creation platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and luxury branding
