Remote | Part-Time (20 Hours / Week)
Support CATCH Global Foundation’s mission of improving child health by contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our innovative health education and vaping prevention curricula. This position will report to our Director of Curriculum and Content.

Serving communities worldwide, CATCH partners with schools, public agencies, corporations, philanthropies, and community-based organizations to create sustainable, measurable impact on children's health.
We are a fully remote team with a dynamic, collaborative culture. While originally
founded in Austin, TX where many staff reside, CATCH staff work virtually across the
U.S. and gather for periodic retreats to build relationships and align on mission and strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with a curriculum development team to plan and execute a comprehensive, scaffolded, kindergarten through second-grade Health Education program consisting of engaging, student-centered activities and instructional resources. Additional grade levels will be added in subsequent years.
- Collaborate with a content production team to support the creation of instructional resources and materials that are engaging, inclusive, and adaptable to the needs of a diverse set of educators and students.
- Write approximately 30-40 lessons and related content per year based on national and state learning standards as well as skills-based best practices to deliver a Health Education program that is culturally responsive and equity-minded, rooted in science and evidence-based practices, and meets the needs of CATCH’s diverse profile of school partners.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of CATCH’s evidence-based vaping prevention program, CATCH My Breath, including managing international adaptation projects.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum & Content.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional consideration for those with a graduate degree or other certification in Education or Public Health.
- 5+ years of experience in the writing, design, and development of K-12 education standards-aligned curricular programs and/or resources in the areas of health education and elementary education.
- Recent teaching experience in a K-8 setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the latest education technology tools and trends is preferred.
- Content expertise in health & nutrition education, substance-misuse prevention, and K-2 pedagogy.
