You will play a vital role in executing strategic merchandise plans that drive brand loyalty and meaningful business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive design strategies and technical artwork in collaboration with senior leadership to advance private label product programs from initial concept through prototype validation.
- Synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and global trend research to guide the development of innovative color stories and product concepts.
- Manage external creative resources and freelance partners effectively to ensure high-quality artwork deliverables align perfectly with strict corporate timelines.
- Formulate strategic creative recommendations and original designs for product assets and branding elements to enhance overall market positioning and optimize R&D budgets.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in product development with a dedicated emphasis on corporate design, trend analysis, or private label programs.
- Advanced technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) alongside professional proficiency in industry-standard design and office platforms.
- Proven track record of translating complex conceptual ideas into commercially viable, trend-forward product designs while successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or equivalent professional work experience coupled with exceptional organizational, sketching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
