Company Description
Iconic Motorbike Auctions is dedicated to providing a premier platform for motorcycle enthusiasts and collectors to buy and sell iconic, rare, and collectible motorbikes. With a passion for preserving the history and culture of motorcycling, we offer expert curation, detailed listings, and a community driven approach to bring together buyers and sellers. Based in Los Angeles, CA, we combine exceptional service with a genuine enthusiasm for all things two wheeled.
Role Description
This is a full time, on site role for an Auction Listing Writer, located in Panorama City, Los Angeles, CA. Our work week is Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–5pm.
You'll work closely with our Auctions Manager to build and manage auction listings from intake to launch. That means creating detailed, accurate listings using structured templates, communicating with sellers to gather information and keep them updated, supporting post-auction follow-up with buyers, and handling the repeatable, essential tasks that keep the department running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who likes clarity and consistency: follow the checklist, follow the template, and have a sharp eye for detail.
What We're Looking For

- You can spot aftermarket modifications vs. stock OEM parts, this is essential.
- You're comfortable pushing, starting, and operating the basic functions of a motorcycle.
- You write clearly and professionally. Strong written communication is critical; we can develop your style, but the fundamentals need to be there.
- You're organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, and comfortable managing digital assets including photos, videos, and written copy.
- You're comfortable with repetitive, structured processes and take direction well.
- A broad knowledge of both current and historic motorcycles is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or content management systems is a plus, but not required, we'll train you.
