Social Media Coordinator
Part-Time Contract: 10-15 Hours Per Week

Motive Marketing is a faith-based, fast growing content marketing startup in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We help authors, speakers, and personal brands expand their reach and drive real impact through content systems, brand strategy, and growth marketing.
This is a support role built to take the day-to-day maintenance off our Social Media Director's plate so every client channel stays sharp. You'll work closely with our Social Media Director and Marketing Director to keep things humming with the chance to grow your hours and responsibilities as we grow.

(35%) Community Engagement:- Reply to comments and DMs across client accounts in each brand's voice every day, with quick turnaround
- Like, follow, and interact with the right audiences to keep accounts active and growing
- Monitor mentions and conversations so nothing slips through
- Flag sensitive, urgent, or opportunity-shaped messages to Destiny or the client fast
(25%) Boost Posting and Paid Excecution:- Handle the technical execution of boosting posts from start to finish so the team doesn't have to
- Log into client accounts, manage saved payment details securely, and input captions for each boosted post
- Define target audiences and set budget parameters based on Destiny's direction
- Monitor boost performance and spend, and adjust to hit the targets
(20%) Copywriting:- Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that sound like the client and never like a template
- Tailor copy to each platform (the same idea written differently for IG vs LinkedIn vs X)
- Add relevant hashtags, tags, and trending audio cues from Destiny's direction
- Proof everything so it goes out clean, with no typos, broken links, or wrong tags
(20%) Analytics and Director Support:- Pull weekly and monthly metrics into our reporting templates so the story is easy to read at a glance
- Surface insights and patterns to Destiny and clients (what's working, what's not, and why)
- Work hand in hand with Destiny to keep every client channel handled with above and beyond care
- Keep asset folders and posting logs organized in Google Drive so the whole team can find anything
