The Pitch
We're building hardware that's going to change how people use their time — and we need someone to tell that story to the world.
This isn't a "schedule the LinkedIn post" job. This is the role for someone who wants to build a brand from near-zero, run seven platforms like a one-person newsroom, and turn an AI hardware company most people haven't heard of yet into one they can't stop talking about. We're small, we're moving fast, and the person who takes this seat is going to define what our voice sounds like on the internet.
If you've been the social person at a bigger company watching your best ideas die in approval chains — this is your shot to actually run it.
What You'll Own
Daily content across 7 platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Threads, Discord, and LinkedIn. Global audience, US-first.
Short-form video — product demos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes from the lab, founder content, the messy real stuff that actually performs. You'll be on the camera, behind the camera, and in the edit.
Writing that doesn't sound like everyone else — from one-line tweets that get screenshotted to LinkedIn posts that don't read like LinkedIn posts. Voice is everything.
Our Discord community — there are real people in there who care about what we're building. You'll keep that fire going, surface their stories, and turn power users into characters in our content.
Product launches — pre-launch teasers, launch day blitz, post-launch storytelling. You'll plan it, ship it, and read the analytics the next morning.
Creator and collaborator outreach — find the AI builders, hardware nerds, and culture-shapers worth working with, and bring them in.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years making content people actually watched, read, or shared — ideally for tech, hardware, or consumer products
- A real portfolio — links, accounts, campaigns, anything we can click on and see
- Short-form video chops — CapCut, Premiere, whatever your weapon is. You can shoot, cut, and publish without a five-person team
- A point of view about what's good on the internet right now — what's working, what's tired, what's coming next
- Comfort talking about AI — agents, LLMs, AI hardware. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely interested in this space
- You've supported a launch before and know how the wheels come off when they come off
- You can run the whole pipeline solo — idea → script → shoot → edit → publish → review the numbers → do it again tomorrow
- Discord experience is a real plus — community management is part of this job, not an afterthought
Bonus Points
- You've built a social presence from zero at an early-stage company and watched it grow
- You actually use AI tools in your workflow — Claude, ChatGPT, video AI, all of it
- You can design something passable in Canva or Figma without needing a designer for every asset
- You've run paid social (Meta, TikTok) and can read the dashboards
- You understand the AI agent world — what agentic workflows actually are, why tool-use matters
Why This Role Is Different
- You're not employee #200. You're early. Your work shows up everywhere, and your name is on it
- No committee. You'll work directly with the founders. Ideas get tried, not focus-grouped
- Real product, real users, real story. This isn't a deck company — we ship hardware that ships
- Founding team out of Microsoft, Qualcomm, backed by top US VCs — serious people, unserious vibe
- Build something that becomes part of the culture. If you've ever watched a brand you wish you'd worked on and thought "I could've done that" — okay, prove it
Compensation
$90,000–$130,000/year depending on experience and location. Equity on the table for the right person. Final numbers come up in interviews.
Trial Period
This role begins with a 2-week paid trial period. At the end of the two weeks, we'll make a mutual decision on whether to move forward with a full hire. It's a real tryout — you'll be doing real work, and we'll both know quickly if it's the right fit.
Location
SF preferred — we're better together in a room. Remote works for the right US-based candidate.
How to Apply
Send to marketing@pamir.ai
- Links to content you've made — social accounts, campaigns, individual pieces, the stuff you're proud of
- One product launch you ran or supported — what you did, what worked, what you'd do differently
- One piece of social content you've seen recently that you couldn't stop thinking about — what was it, why did it land?
Don't send a generic cover letter. We'll read the work.
