We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our engineering-focused client. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand brand reach, improve lead generation, and elevate digital engagement. The role calls for someone who is comfortable using analytics, content, advertising platforms, and marketing technology to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
• Design and carry out digital marketing plans that support business growth objectives and strengthen online visibility.
• Oversee paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, adjusting campaigns to improve performance and return on investment.
• Improve organic website traffic by applying search optimization techniques, refining site content, and supporting keyword-focused initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and manage digital content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.
• Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools, then translate findings into clear recommendations and performance reports.
• Maintain an active social media presence by organizing publishing schedules, coordinating posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
• Connect marketing automation and customer management tools with digital channels to create a more consistent user journey.
• Support WordPress website updates, content changes, and ongoing optimization efforts to improve usability and search performance.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
Must have expereince:
- Own social media strategy; test and optimize new content and channels
- Execute email/CRM campaigns
- Drive SEO and improve website performance/conversion
- Use AI tools to scale content, prompts, and workflows
- 70% hands-on execution, 30% strategy and experimentation
