Purpose
Create detailed construction tech packs for the Women’s Activewear division within Illustrator, uploading and maintaining all style information with PLM system, and working across Design / Technical Design / Production teams on maintaining accurate system information throughout the development process. The candidate must be independent, goal oriented, and extremely organized; must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Design Director through development phases of line creation.
- Sketching and maintaining cad styles within Illustrator program.
- Developing detailed construction tech packs within PLM system based on cad sketches.
- Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.
- Reviewing protos for accuracy based on tech pack information.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to product details.
- Ability to communicate and interact with all cross functional teams.
- Highly Proficient in PLM systems and Illustrator.
- Ability to maintain rotating deadlines for multiple brands simultaneously.
- 2+ minimum years design / tech pack experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge and experience in contemporary activewear a plus.
