Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client seeking a Paid Media Manager (Contract) to support paid media strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize for results, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on channel strategy.
This is a monthly contract role (approximately 30–40 hours) with flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Build, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns from setup through optimization
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget pacing
Write and test ad copy in collaboration with internal or client teams
Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Manage A/B testing across creative, audiences, and messaging
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion events, UTM tagging)
Prepare performance summaries and insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
3–6+ years of hands-on paid media experience
Strong experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and/or revenue outcomes
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Experience working in a contract, freelance, or agency-style environment
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B campaigns and LinkedIn lead gen
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms
Experience working with creative teams on ad testing frameworks
Background in agency or multi-client environments
