About the Position:
IntellectAbility is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute our content marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who excels at producing high-quality content and enjoys working within established strategies to bring campaigns to life. As a contributing member of our marketing team, you will play an important role in amplifying our brand voice, supporting lead generation, and helping drive business growth through well-crafted content and coordinated campaigns.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support lead generation efforts through content marketing, SEO, paid search, paid social, and advertising under the direction of marketing leadership.
- Assist in executing the content marketing strategy by producing high-quality assets, including blog posts, emails, social media content, whitepapers, and website copy.
- Maintain and update the content calendar, collateral inventory, and content documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support webinar- and conference-related marketing, including administrative coordination, collateral logistics, and pre- and post-event content and campaigns.
- Assist in managing the design project workflow, including tracking task progression and supporting quality control processes.
- Assist with newsletter development, email campaign creation, and website updates including forms and SEO enhancements.
- Execute templated graphic design work for digital marketing assets including newsletters, web content, and social media.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across materials.
- Monitor and report on content performance across channels, contributing insights to optimize engagement.
- Follow and apply brand voice and visual standards across all content and collateral.
- Coordinate with external contributors such as freelance designers to support content production.
- Stay current on content marketing trends and SEO best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Conduct research to support content development and strategy initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on content creation and execution.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; portfolio demonstrating ability to create content that supports the customer journey and drives measurable outcomes.
- Good project management capabilities, including experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing content production workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush), with the ability to extract and apply insights.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable learning new platforms; familiarity with project management and email marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of grammar, messaging, and audience-specific communication.
- Creative thinker who develops content tailored to target audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong communicator, problem-solver, and resourceful team player who thrives in dynamic environments.

- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content with guidance from senior team members.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization to support visibility and engagement.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments preferred.
