We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support marketing and promotional field activities in Albany, New York. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and represents the project well in person. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing timelines, handling basic scanning and documentation tasks, and using mobile tools such as Dropbox to share updates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate assigned project activities and keep tasks moving according to established timelines.
• Capture and submit clear photo updates from the field using text messaging and Dropbox.
• Maintain organized digital records, including scanned documents and supporting project materials.
• Communicate status updates, questions, and completion details clearly with project contacts.
• Travel reliably to job sites and remain available to complete the full scope of assigned work.
• Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance while representing the project in public-facing settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates.
• Proven reliability and access to dependable transportation for travel to assigned locations.
• Comfort using a smartphone to send photos and upload files through Dropbox.
• Ability to manage timelines and stay organized across multiple project tasks.
• Experience with scanning or handling basic document management activities.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a patient, friendly, and positive approach to working with others.
