Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design to develop tech packs, including spec pages and construction details.
- Participate in design-led fit sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed for brand fit standards.
- Communicate fit and balance issues clearly through written and visual methods.
- Establish and maintain brand fit, spec, and construction consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
- 8-10 years of Technical Design experience in the designer or contemporary market
- Strong understanding of the brand and aesthetic with a trained eye for fit and quality
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
