Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Production Manager & Social Media Lead based in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The individual in this position will oversee video production processes, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of creative content. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, handling schedules, and promoting content across social media platforms. The role also involves developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring performance analytics, and managing community engagement. Some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Production management skills, including experience in organizing shoots, managing budgets, and coordinating teams.
- Familiarity with video editing software and a basic understanding of post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities tailored for social media engagement.
- Analytical skills for tracking social media metrics and adapting strategies to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear, effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and marketing teams.
- Experience in marketing, media production, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.
