About the Role:
The Cohort Program Associate is a 12-week, part-time, paid training role designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing execution within an agency environment. This program focuses on real client work, content production, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and marketing operations. All work is reviewed and audited by the Account Management team to ensure quality and performance.
Role Type: Part-Time (15 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly email marketing campaigns for Develomark, and support client campaigns based on customer insights
- Attend client site visits with account managers; capture photos, videos, and conduct AEO-focused interviews following a structured process
- Publish and distribute content across platforms including YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Yext; coordinate with designers for website implementation
- Maintain and update LLM tracking systems; analyze call recordings and form submissions to identify trends and opportunities
- Follow and execute the content flywheel: site visit → video → blog (with schema) → indexing → distribution → client communication
- Support AEO initiatives including blogs, interviews, studies, social content, and behind-the-scenes media
- Create short-form video content for paid social campaigns, including content with or without actors for premium client accounts
- Organize and manage media assets at scale using Basecamp, Google Drive, and internal systems
- Use AI visibility tools to manage prompts, generate content ideas, and provide monthly updates for account managers
- Prepare monthly performance summaries highlighting wins, opportunities, and insights for internal teams and client communication
- Host and manage Zoom meetings, document notes, and convert discussions into actionable marketing content
- Participate in training sessions, presentations, and collaborative feedback cycles to improve execution quality
What Success Looks Like: - Consistent delivery of high-quality, error-free marketing assets reviewed and approved by account managers
- Demonstrated ability to execute the full content flywheel independently with measurable output
- Clear, actionable insights derived from call tracking, form submissions, and campaign performance
- Timely completion of weekly email campaigns and monthly reporting deliverables
- Strong collaboration with internal teams and effective communication of ideas and results
Qualifications:
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or relevant project work
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content, ads, analytics)
- Ability to follow structured processes and execute tasks with attention to detail
- Comfort working with video, content creation, and social media platforms
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and assets
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Familiarity with tools such as Basecamp, Google Drive, CRM systems, or CMS platforms
- Experience with video editing, content publishing, or email marketing tools
- Interest in AI-driven marketing, AEO strategies, or prompt engineering
Base Pay:
Part time hourly pay: $16.94 per hour (paid bi-weekly via. direct deposit)
