Role Description
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who is ready to get hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy.
This role will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and initiative. You’ll work closely with our team on real client accounts, campaigns, and events.
What You’ll Do:
•Assist with content creation (Reels, posts, captions, stories)
•Support social media management across multiple client accounts
•Participate in content shoots and creative direction
•Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and PR initiatives
•Engage with online communities and track performance insights
•Collaborate on branding, strategy, and client deliverables
•Support event coverage and on-site marketing when needed

Qualifications
•Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
•Interest in social media, marketing, PR, or communications
•Strong communication and writing skills
•Creative mindset with attention to detail
•Comfortable being on-site for content days and events
•Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
•Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
•Open to college students, recent graduates, or individuals with experience
