• Develop high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics
• Cover events and provide live updates
• Schedule posts and monitor audience engagement; respond to comments
• Support reaching people who want to be tested for HIV and other STIs as well as reach migrant / at-risk populations with information on comprehensive sexual health and HIV
• Track basic performance metrics and share a short monthly report
What we are looking for:
• Working proficiency in both Polish and English (written) — required
• Experience managing social media for an organization, brand, or cause

• Sensitivity and commitment to inclusive, non-stigmatising communication
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar); video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or equivalent scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian, or Spanish is a significant advantage
• Ability to be on the spot at the Checkpoint Lublin and other AHF Poland locations and events when required
