Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert specializing in the Meta ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram) to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is designed for a strategic communicator who excels at navigating community groups, fostering digital engagement, and converting social interactions into high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Execute a consistent posting schedule across Facebook and Instagram to maintain brand visibility.Group Engagement Lead Generation: Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups, specifically targeting immigration-focused communities, to provide value and identify potential leads.Content Coordination: Adapt and post creative assets that resonate with the target demographic, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand standards.Community Growth: Monitor comments, messages, and group discussions to build trust and direct interested parties to our services.Reporting: Track lead acquisition metrics and engagement levels to optimize digital outreach strategies.
Requirements Skills
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing professional Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Social Media Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage 10–15 hours of weekly tasks efficiently.
Niche Networking: Proficiency in navigating and generating organic leads from Facebook Groups; experience with immigration groups is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent written English with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally within diverse communities.
