The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to help create and consistently execute content across an established lifestyle and personal development brand—including both the founder’s personal platform and the RISE brand.This role is for someone who doesn’t just have ideas—they follow through and get things done.You’ll work closely with the founder to capture, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.This position is based in the Hudson Valley or New York City area (we operate in both) with occasional in-person days for content capture and collaboration.
About the Role
This is a hands-on execution role.This role requires someone who can create content independently and edit and repurpose existing long-form content (podcasts, YouTube, coaching) into engaging short-form pieces.You’ll support content across two core areas:The founder’s personal brand (lifestyle, storytelling, day-to-day content)RISE (personal development, wellness, and structured program content)Most days you’ll be working remotely—editing, organizing, and scheduling content. Other days you’ll be in person capturing content or assisting with production.You should be comfortable taking an idea (or raw footage) and turning it into a finished, published piece without needing step-by-step direction.If you take pride in being reliable, organized, and someone people can count on to finish what you start, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Capture and create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit and deliver content on a consistent schedule across both brands
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Create clean, on-brand graphics (carousels, quote posts, promotional assets) using tools like Canva, with a strong eye for layout and consistency
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, coaching, YouTube, etc.) into social clipsKeep content organized and production moving (nothing falls through the cracks)
- Capture footage during in-person content days or events (Hudson Valley or NYC)
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who loves people and wants to work on content that helps to inspire and uplift them
- Someone who is highly reliable and follows through
- Strong execution skills—you don’t wait to be told every step
- Experience creating and editing content consistently for social media
- Comfortable filming on iPhone and editing with tools like CapCut, Edits, Final Cut, or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
- Able to shift tone slightly depending on content (lifestyle vs. coaching/personal development)Good taste and understanding of what performs on social (without chasing every trend)

Logistics
Location: Hudson Valley or NYC area
Schedule: 20 hours per week, with some in-person days (planned in advance)
Compensation: $40/hour
There is opportunity for this role to grow into a larger position as the brand expands.
