Job Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Design Specialist to support the execution of our marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
This is a hands-on, design-focused role responsible for creating in-store signage and digital marketing assets that our customers see every day. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Marketing team to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.
This position is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants to build real-world experience, sharpen their skills, and grow into a more creative role over time.
Duties
- Design in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, and promotional graphics
- Create digital assets for email, app, web, social media, and in-store screens
- Translate creative direction into clean, effective designs
- Prepare final files for print and digital production
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution
- Contribute ideas and continuously improve how we design and deliver work
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work count)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to take direction and apply creative thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in retail or multi-channel marketing
- Awareness of local culture and trends in Hawai'i
- Experience with motion design or animation is a plus
Portfolio Requirement (Required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
