What You’ll Do
- Support the marketing team with the design of a wide range of branded creative assets
- Create visuals for email newsletters, direct mail campaigns, catalog, social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives
- Develop on-brand creative that feels cohesive, polished, and aligned with campaign goals
- Collaborate with the team on launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and ongoing brand storytelling
- Prepare final files for both digital use and print production
- Make revisions efficiently and accurately based on feedback
- Help maintain consistency across customer-facing marketing materials
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Experience creating marketing design across both digital and print formats
- A strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands
- A portfolio that shows strong branding sensibility and range across multiple marketing channels
- Understanding of how to create work that is not just beautiful, but also strategic and effective
