ABOUT THE ROLE
Content standard for every post: would this look credible to a C-suite woman and immediately signal a serious executive coach, thought leader, and luxury event curator? If not, it does not get posted.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Social Media Manager to support the growth of two distinct brands — an executive personal brand built around thought leadership, coaching, and women's empowerment, and a premium events and membership community brand. This is a part-time freelance role for someone who understands high-standard creator workflows, executes independently with minimal oversight, and can bring a consistent, authoritative brand voice to life across multiple platforms at scale.
All content planning, scheduling, approval, and publishing is managed through Rella. The manager is responsible for keeping both brands active, on-voice, and fully scheduled across every platform — with zero content going live without the brand owner's approval.
The content engine is YouTube-first: one long-form coaching video (20–45 min, filmed bi-weekly) produces 10–13 pieces of content across all platforms. Your role is to clip, edit, reformat, schedule, and distribute that content — executing a full weekly calendar from a single recording session.
BRANDS & PLATFORMS MANAGED
Personal Brand — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
The executive personal brand is the primary content engine. It spans four platforms and is managed entirely through Rella:
• Instagram — Business professional thought leadership. Identity-led and list-format carousels, Reels clipped from YouTube, quote cards, and Stories. No lifestyle content.
• Facebook — Mirrors the personal brand presence. Content is distributed from Rella across Instagram and Facebook simultaneously — no separate Facebook content creation required.
• TikTok — Same vertical Reel edits as Instagram, published same day via Rella. No separate TikTok content created.
• YouTube — Full coaching video editing and publishing — captions, thumbnails, chapter markers, YouTube Shorts, and scheduled uploads. Manager handles entirely.
Events & Membership Brand — Instagram
The second brand is an elevated, aspirational women's leadership community covering curated events, executive coaching, and membership. It operates on its own Instagram presence with a distinct tone — premium, invitation-forward, and community-driven.
• Event promotion carousels and announcements for curated in-person experiences
• Executive coaching offer and membership value content
• Partner spotlights and community highlights
• Elevated, aspirational brand aesthetic — every post should reflect exclusivity and intentionality
Important: LinkedIn is managed exclusively by the brand owner and is never touched by the Social Media Manager — no drafting, scheduling, commenting, or analytics.
CONTENT WORKFLOW — YOUTUBE-FIRST DISTRIBUTION
Every piece of content originates from a single bi-weekly YouTube coaching session. The manager executes the full downstream distribution from that one recording:
• YouTube long-form — Edit full 20–45 min coaching video with captions, thumbnail, and chapter markers. Schedule to auto-publish on Fridays for peak weekend viewership.
• YouTube Shorts — Pull 2–3 clips under 60 seconds from the long-form video and post to YouTube for channel discoverability.
• Instagram & Facebook Reels (Personal Brand) — Reformat the strongest 60–90 second moments vertically. Add captions and brand overlay. Distribute to both Instagram and Facebook via Rella simultaneously.
• TikTok — Same vertical edits published same day. No separate creation needed.
• LinkedIn native video clips — Edit and deliver 2–3 clips to the brand owner for their personal LinkedIn posting. The manager does not post to LinkedIn.
• Carousels & quote cards — Design in Canva to brand standards for both the personal brand and events and membership brand per the weekly content calendar.
WEEKLY WORKFLOW & SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
The brand owner's one weekly social media commitment is Saturday 12:00–1:00 PM for content review and approval. All content must be delivered in Rella by Saturday noon. Nothing goes live without approval.
Saturday Batch Delivery
• Deliver all next week's content — captions, visuals, Reels, graphics, hashtags, and platform assignments — into Rella by Saturday noon
• Organize all posts in Rella's Kanban board by brand, platform, and status; move all completed content to 'Pending' for the brand owner's review
• Share via Rella's client approval link — the brand owner reviews and approves without needing to log in
• Be available for one round of edits between 12:00 and 1:30 PM Saturday; all approved content is then scheduled and queued for the full week
Peak-Time Scheduling
• Use Rella's scheduling tools and Ella's best-posting-time insights to confirm optimal timing per platform before queuing every post
• All content must be batched and set to auto-publish in Rella at peak times following approval — no manual or ad hoc posting
Rella & Ella Platform Workflow
• Rella — The single hub for all content across both brands and all platforms. All planning, batch scheduling, approval routing, cross-platform distribution, and auto-publishing runs through Rella. Once content is approved, Rella publishes automatically at the scheduled peak time — no manual action required.
• Ella — Use Ella within Rella for AI-assisted caption drafting, content ideation, repurposing clips across formats, tracking content pipeline status, gathering platform best-posting-time data, and generating monthly content strategy overviews.
• Maintain organized media libraries, asset folders, and content archives within Rella's Social Space for both brands
• Use Rella's Social Inbox to manage all comments and DMs across platforms in one place
Weekly 15-Minute Check-In
• Brief Friday or Saturday call with the brand owner to review the previous week's performance, align on the upcoming content theme, and capture any announcements, events, or updates to incorporate into the next batch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Brand — Weekly Content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Tuesday 7:30 AM: identity-led carousel (executive thought leadership or women's empowerment framework)
• Thursday 12:00 PM: list-format carousel (highest save and share rate — algorithm rewards saves above all signals)
• Reels: clip and reformat YouTube coaching moments — 60–90 sec, vertical, brand overlay and captions; distribute to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok via Rella
• Quote cards: batch of 4 per week; rotate Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8:00 AM or as Stories
• Apply the Instagram 5-hashtag rule on every post — exactly 5 targeted, niche-specific hashtags
YouTube
• Edit full coaching video: captions, thumbnail, chapter markers, and scheduled upload (Fridays 3–5 PM), publish 2–3 YouTube Shorts, edit and deliver 2–3 native video clips to the brand owner for personal LinkedIn posting
Events & Membership Brand — Weekly Content Brand(Instagram - Separate Account
Community & Engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all accounts daily via Rella's Social Inbox
• Escalate immediately any partnership inquiries, executive decisions, or messages requiring the brand owner's personal voice
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report weekly on follower growth, reach, engagement rate, saves, and shares per brand and platform
• Use Rella's analytics to identify best-performing content types and refine the posting strategy monthly
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience managing social media for executive personal brands — not just business brand pages — ideally in women's empowerment, leadership, or professional development
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent) — vertical reformatting from long-form source footage is a core daily task
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for branded carousels, quote cards, and multi-slide graphics
• Hands-on experience with Rella — batch scheduling, Kanban and calendar workflows, cross-platform distribution, client approval process, Social Inbox, and Ella AI features
• Exceptional copywriting ability — you must write in someone else's voice with precision; a voice-match test is required as part of the application
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm behavior: carousel saves, Reel reach, Stories, and the 5-hashtag rule
• Working knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook distribution workflows
• Ability to independently manage 10+ posts per week across multiple brands and platforms with zero errors and no missed peak-time windows
• Natural systems thinker who already works in weekly batch mode — this workflow should be instinctive, not instructed
• Reliable, highly organized, and self-directed — capable of operating with a single weekly touchpoint
WHAT YOU'LL GET
• A fully flexible, remote workflow — create on your own schedule as long as all deliverables are in Rella by Saturday noon
HOW TO APPLY
Please submit the following:
• A brief introduction describing your background and experience with executive or personal brand accounts
• Links to 2–3 social media accounts you have managed — ideally in women's empowerment, leadership, or professional development
• Examples of short-form video content you have edited and published
• Your voice test: write one Instagram caption for a women's executive leadership carousel post in the brand owner's voice — tone and style details will be shared with shortlisted candidates
• Your weekly availability and preferred rate
We are looking for a true systems thinker who takes pride in making a high-achieving executive's brand look flawless — and doesn't need to be managed to do it.
