Position Overview:
As a Personal Brand Content Operator, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing content that enhances personal brands across various platforms. This is a remote, flexible role with occasional travel and in-person meetings in Princeton, IN. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, and experienced in content creation, strategy, and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with personal brand goals.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and video platforms.
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely publication across all platforms.
- Edit and repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track content performance using analytics and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Maintain high-level communication to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
- Occasionally travel for in-person meetings, strategy sessions, or events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation and strategy for personal brands (please submit proof of experience, such as a portfolio or relevant case studies).
- Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content management tools.
- Experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Access to your own equipment (laptop, camera, editing software, etc.).
- Ability to work flexibly and travel occasionally to Princeton, IN, and other locations as needed.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of personal brand marketing trends and strategies.
- Experience with SEO and email marketing tools.
- Background in digital marketing or media production.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours, but must meet deadlines and be available for occasional in-person meetings and travel.
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Freelance position).
