Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Rochester, MN 55902
Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 9 Months (Strong possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $30 – $34/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with leadership to build and implement marketing plans
- Manage campaigns including digital marketing, content, and events
- Monitor performance and analyze results to optimize campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Manage projects end-to-end across the marketing lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Experience with digital marketing and campaign execution
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
