Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Development Specialist to own the production of our marketing assets. In this role, you will be the primary creator of our visual content, from shooting and editing videos to designing graphics for digital campaigns and producing our product catalogs.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure all assets are on-brand, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, graphic design, and asset management. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and proficiency with industry-standard tools and equipment. This role may require light travel for onsite video and photoshoots.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation
● Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, social media shorts, and promotional ads. Proficiency with videography equipment is essential.
● Graphic Design: Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, such as social media graphics, ad creatives, website banners, email headers, and sales collateral.
● Catalog & Print Production: Manage the end-to-end production of print materials, including product catalogs, brochures, and one-pagers, from initial design to final print-ready files.
● Product Photography: Capture high-quality product images for use across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
Asset Management & Brand Consistency
● Digital Asset Management (DAM): Organize, tag, and maintain our library of creative assets, ensuring all files are easily accessible to the marketing and sales teams.
● Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and other specialists to ensure all visual content strictly adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and quality.
● Creative Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Specialists to understand their asset needs and deliver creative solutions that support their channel goals.
Project & Workflow Management
● Creative Briefs: Translate marketing objectives from creative briefs into compelling visual content.
● Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external printers, agencies, or freelance talent as needed to execute specialized projects.
● Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
Qualifications
● Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in video production, graphic design, product photography, and print layout.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design and video editing software. Familiarity with videography equipment and lighting setups is required.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio is required. Please include a link to your work in your application.
● Communication: Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to team members
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
