Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing photo and video content, editing short-form videos, writing captions and calls to action, building content calendars, supporting promotions, monitoring engagement, coordinating influencer partnerships, tracking content performance, and staying current on social media trends. The role also supports franchise locations with localized assets while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
Qualifications

• 3–4 years of social media marketing and content creation experience, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with demonstrated growth and performance results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to create short-form video and platform-native content; portfolio or examples preferred.
• Comfortable filming on-site with a phone or camera, with basic lighting and audio awareness; being comfortable on camera or creating voiceovers is a bonus.
• Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, and on-screen text.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage content calendars, approvals, and asset libraries.
• Hospitality, restaurant, franchise, or multi-location brand experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with CapCut and Canva is required; experience with Adobe tools and scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, or Hootsuite is a plus.
