What You'll Do
Design and build engaging digital ESL companion lessons that bring a client's curriculum to life. You'll take lesson objectives and transform them into interactive, motivating learning experiences for adult learners. We are looking for someone who can creatively leverage authentic materials and adapt them to fit learning goals and our existing language-learning software capability.

- Create compelling lesson content — develop scenarios, contexts, and topics that keep learners engaged and make vocabulary and grammar feel relevant and real
- Build fully functional digital lessons using proprietary authoring software, making smart use of available media, including audio, text, and graphics
- Design for the platform — adapt lesson structures to get the most out of the authoring environment, always putting learning effectiveness first
- Stay true to the methodology — ensure all content reflects the curriculum's communicative approach, presenting language in authentic, meaningful contexts
- Write with precision — apply a strong grasp of English grammar, usage, and register to produce accurate, natural-sounding content that models the language learners are acquiring
- Develop practice activities — create well-aligned activities such as multiple-choice, matching, and drag-and-drop exercises that reinforce each lesson's objectives
- Review and quality-check all content for accuracy, level-appropriateness, and alignment to learning goals before release
- Share your expertise — offer practical recommendations for improving the digital learning experience, drawing on your knowledge of adult ESL/EFL instruction and e-learning design principles
