Part-Time Social Media Coordinator

Bloom Theory Marketing is hiring a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to support client content, social media management, and creative execution.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-obsessed, trend-aware, and knows how to turn good ideas into strong content. You should be comfortable wearing a few hats and moving quickly in a fast-paced agency environment.
Hybrid role
In-office in Katy: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM–5 PM
Flexible remote hours on Mondays and Fridays
Occasional content shoots may require in-person attendance outside of normal remote days
Pay: $20/hour
Up to 30 hours per week total
What we need experience in:
- Canva
- Social media management
- Caption writing
- Content creation
- Social media filming + photo capture
- Graphic design for social media
- Comment response + engagement
- Social media trends
- Analytics review + content optimization suggestions
- Basic social media strategy

Requirements:
You must have your own computer, reliable internet, and be willing to commute to our Katy office 3 days per week.
