What You’ll Do
Teach engaging weekly studio and digital art classes for students in grades 3–12
Guide students to create high quality studio and digital art. Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate), digital drawing tablets, graphic design, digital illustration, animation and a wide range of studio art techniques.
Support middle and high school students in developing portfolio-quality work
Introduce creative problem-solving, visual storytelling, and design thinking
Foster a studio culture that encourages experimentation, critique, and growth
Communicate thoughtfully with families about student progress and creative development

Who You Are
A practicing artist, designer, illustrator, or animator
Experienced teaching students in an art studio and digital lab setting (1+ year preferred)
Comfortable working with a range of ages from upper elementary through high school
Skilled in digital platforms a wide variety of art techniques and current industry tools
Passionate about helping students build both technical skill and creative confidence
Engaging, organized, and student-centered
Aligned with our mission to transform art education
Education:
BFA or BS in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Animation, Art Education, or related field required
MFA or Master’s degree is a plus
